Join US for our first ever "On Wednesday's We Drink Pink" event from 7-10pm on October 20th In partnership with Fleur de Mer, Pink Whitney, Bev and Share Our Suzy, Uptown Social is hosting its first ever, “On Wednesday’s We Drink Pink,” charity event for Breast Cancer Awareness Month. Please join US on the rooftop from 7-10pm, October 20th. Tickets are $20 presale and $25 at the door. Each ticket includes a complimentary glass of Fleur de Mer, Bev or Pink Whitney "Pink Drink" plus passed hors d'oeuvres. DJ SJ will provide the Girl Power jams all night long! We will also be raffling off a basket of goodies featuring many female owned businesses all around Charleston. All ticket, T-Shirt and raffle proceeds will be donated to Share Our Suzy. Each Wednesday following, Uptown Social will be offering a special on half bottles of Fleur de Mer Rose, Bev Sparkling Rose cans and Pink Whitney "Pink Drinks"! $1 from each special purchased will be donated to the local organization, Share Our Suzy. Share Our Suzy, as it’s known today, was founded in 2005 after the passing of Charleston local, Suzy McGrane. The goal of SOS is to allow patients to focus solely on recovery and not the financial stress brought on during this very difficult battle. The foundation picks up where Suzy left off and aids those with bridging the financial gap from diagnosis to remission. Funds raised are used to provide assistance to those with every day needs such as wigs, prosthetics, childcare, gas cards, utility bill assistance, medication assistance and more. SOS helps cover the critical areas that insurance companies do not. SOS, a 501(c)(3) provides these types of assistance to people who would otherwise have to do without.
