Lift your spirits with The Guardsmen of San Francisco at our 17th annual Halloween Costumed Party @ Chambers SF (Phoenix Hotel)! 17th Annual Guardsmen Halloween PartyCome trick or treat yo' self at Chambers that has been rented out (outdoor and indoors) for all you basic witches and ghouls who just want to have fun. Come ready to enjoy some Dj'd dancing, a costume contest, photo booth and a bar with plenty of boos to meet your #SquashGoals. Proceeds go to The Guardsmen programs supporting at-risk Bay Area youth. Yes, in an effort to adhere to the latest local guidelines we are requiring all attendees to provide proof of vaccination to attend the event; this policy will be enforced prior to entry. Mask Policy? Masking requirements will follow the San Francisco guidance in-place at the time of the event. Are there ID requirements or an age limit to enter the event? Guests must be 21 or older to purchase tickets; both tickets and valid ID's are required at the door for check-in - no exceptions. What is the refund policy? While tickets are non-refundable, you may transfer your ticket to a friend on Eventbrite. IRS status and the Fair Market Value of the event? The Guardsmen is a 501 (c) (3) nonprofit corporation registered under Taxpayer Identification Number 94-1196194. In exchange for this ticket purchase and/or donation, you received goods and services of $35for GA, $0 for donation. Who are The Guardsmen? The Guardsmen is a non-profit organization dedicated to changing the lives of at-risk youth across the Bay Area. Each year, we send more than 2,500 youths to outdoor education programs and provide scholarships for more than 250 students to attend private schools.  Learn more at guardsmen.org   *Donations are greatly appreciated and highly encouraged but are separate from ticket purchases.  Only a ticket purchased grants the ticket holder entrance to the event. Separate donations alone cannot qualify for entrance. The Guardsmen is a group of Bay Area men mobilizing their significant talents and resources to enhance and improve the lives of at-risk youth. This all-volunteer organization, founded in 1947, provides access to high-quality educational and outdoor activities for inner-city youth.  The opportunities created through The Guardsmen's scholarship and campership programs mean that every year kids who otherwise would not have a chance at success are given the opportunity to excel as productive members of society. Each year The Guardsmen sends 2,500 youth to outdoor education programs and provides scholarship support to more than 250 students at Bay Area private schools. The Guardsmen is committed to making sure that fundraising dollars are spent wisely, with the greatest need and highest returns always in mind. In fact, approximately 90 cents of every dollar raised goes directly to support programs for kids. x (x)
