BWP's Feeding The Future event unites top Arizona Chefs and elementary-high school students to create a new vision for school food. Feeding The Future is a BWP signature event that unites top Phoenix and Tucson Chefs and high school, middle and elementary students from around the Valley to create a new vision for school food. Held for the past three years (except for last year) students and their chef mentors create school meals that meet National School Lunch Program's nutrition, cost, and organizational requirements of the school food environment. They present their meals to judges who chose a winner. The top three teams earn scholarships and/or prizes.
