IMMEDIATE need for contractors experienced in working with investor rehabs/flips of SFRs. This is ongoing 1099 work for multiple renovations jobs across the entire Tucson Metro Area. MUST have general liability insurance We have work NOW for: *Carpenters - must have at least 2 man crew (deck, etc.) *Handyman – must have at least 2 man crew *Remediation and carpet cleaning *Painting *Garage Door Repairs and Installations *Window/Glass Repair – Custom glass/shower doors *Tub Resurfacing/Re-glazing *Counter tops *Concrete Repair *Foundation Repair *Licensed Plumbing *Licensed Electrical *Roofer *HVAC *Remediation *Flooring *Water Extraction Must have at least 3 years' experience in all phases of single family rental renos.
