We are looking for experienced composition/asphalt shingle roofers to install comp. Shingle roofs. We offer good pay. Qualifications: -Must know how to install a complete composition shingle roof by themselves and have it look good, pass inspection and not leak! -Must have own transportation and tools. -Must speak decent English as boss does not speak spanish. -Must work well with others when needed but be able to do installs by themself also if needed. -Must be drug free, not drink or smoke marijuana on jobs. -Must have ID and social security number & be legal to put on payroll. -95% work is in San Jose and close sorrounding cities, but must be willing to travel as far as Oakland or SF on rare ocassion if needed.
