Join us monthly for a FREE guided silent disco experience, led by Be You Disco. Immerse yourself and dance to the beat while watching the sun set in scenic Downtown West Palm Beach. SCHEDULE 6:40-7:00 - Check-in (please be on time) 7:00-8:00 - Guided Dance Journey 8:00-8:30 - Live Music/Sound Bath WHAT TO BRING? Water for hydration. Yoga mat or towel for comfort during sound bath is optional PARKING Street parking is available.
