Home Owner needs Lawn Mowing Service

I'm a home owner, and I have a rental home in Hercules. It has a small front yard and a much bigger back yard. About 1500 square feet. This lawn needs service 2x a month! Job pays $300 per month. Just mowing and some edging is required, and clean up. Electric Lawn mower is provided! If you have tools and other equipment that would be great.
