Licensed General Contractor seeking a Construction Laborer/Delivery Driver for residential remodeling projects located in the City of San Francisco. We are looking for a helper who is bright and motivated, who would like to be part of a great team, has the ability to work independently, and is eager to learn the trade. Job Duties: - Material pickup and delivery - Loading and unloading material - Carpenter's helper tasks - Job site demolition - Trips to the dump - Daily job site clean-up - Other duties as assigned Requirements to Apply: - Honest, dependable, and hardworking - Provide legal documents to work in the U.S. - Clean driving record - Reliable transportation/Must have car Bonus Skills (not necessary to apply): - Have a truck; especially a truck with a lumber rack - Have own hand tools - Plumbing or electrical experience - General construction experience Compensation $20 an hour. This position is for 40 hours per week.
