We offer environmentally responsible services and solutions for restoring, and maintaining the quality and appearance of many types of flooring and upholstery. Atlanta based franchise K & C Chem-Dry cleaning service provider is seeking experienced industry cleaners to help our growing franchise fulfill customer demands spanning across residential homes and commercial businesses. The starting pay for this role ranges from $15 to $25 an hour plus commision. This position will be classified as a 1099 contractor role for tax purposes and a social security number will be required. Part-time and full-time roles are available. We will provide additional training. Start immediately! Roles & Responsibilities + Have a current Class C driver's license, and a clean driving record + Ability to quickly address & respond to client needs, complaints, or other issues with services + Ability to communicate additional services by recognizing opportunities to up-sell accounts + Able to safely lift up to 50 lbs & safely operate and handle equipment & materials + Be detailed oriented without taking shortcuts for the duration of each service call + Able to work independently and within a team in a fast-paced environment + Able to commit to a regular work schedule + Provide friendly and informative customer service + Complete Chem-Dry training courses, and remain current on all subsequent training To be successful in this role you should possess the following qualifications/skills: + Customer-focused, excellent verbal communication & active listening skills + High energy level & ability to act under pressure with emotional control + Multi-tasking, strong organizational skills, attention to detail & problem solving skills + Strong time management and prioritization skills + Adaptability and accountability Education and Experience Requirements: + High School Diploma or equivalent + 1 or more years of carpet cleaning, maid or janitorial related experience Applications will be accepted until the positions are filled.
