The Children's Safety Village 10th Annual Trunk or Treat Event will take place on Sat, Oct.23, 2021, between 11:00am - 2:00pm The Children's Safety Village 10th Annual Trunk or Treat Event will take place on Saturday, October 23, 2021, between 11:00am - 2:00pm. This event is FREE and OPEN to the community as space allows. Children are encouraged to dress up, but it is not required. Community partners, businesses, and organizations will decorate the trunks of their cars and distribute "treats" to the children along with important information on safety or goods/services to the adults in the vehicle. Come out to this family-friendly event for a safe way to "trick-or-treat."
