We are investors that acquire, build, renovate, and manage our own rental properties. Our mission is to improve the quality of living within each of our communities. We are looking for part time cleaner to facilitate turnover cleaning and construction cleaning at our properties in Kent, Renton, Burien and Shoreline. This is great opportunity for someone that is looking for the flexibility of setting their own hours. We will provide a deadline that the units need to be cleaned within and only require the work be completed on or before the given deadline. An applicant must have a reliable mode of transportation and be willing to travel to our various properties. Our properties are located in North Seattle, Renton, Kent and Burien. We are willing to hire a part time cleaner for our North Seattle location independently of our South King County properties. Duties to include: • Cleaning apartments and rental homes after tenants move out • Cleaning apartments and rental homes after renovation prior to occupancy • Periodically cleaning common areas within apartments o Such as: vacuuming hallways o Mopping laundry rooms o Wiping down dirty surfaces • Periodically cleaning our office Our compensation is competitive depending on your experience and performance. Pay will be assessed on an ongoing basis and can be adjusted to reflect superior performance. All candidates must pass background check and have verifiable references.
