GROTON, CT — A Silver Alert has been issued for Leynece Coons, 13, who was reported missing from Groton on Friday, Oct. 1. Coons is described by police as a white female with brown hair and brown eyes. She is 5 feet, 3 inches tall and weighs 110 pounds. There was no description available for the last clothes she was seen wearing. A photo wasn't provided.
