Before you decide to purchase a Rossi or Taurus firearm be sure to investigate the Better Business Bureau website for Bainbridge, Georgia, where their facility is located. I have experienced the same type of poor to non-existant customer service as everyone else who has posted complaints and reviews with the BBB. I foolishly purchased a Rossi that proved to be defective as new, right out of it's packaging...zero quality control, and with firearms zero quality control can be dangerous and potentially deadly. I shipped my defective firearm to Rossi six months ago, and still have gotten no answers as to when it will be repaired or replaced. Rossi customer care agents keep telling me "six to eight weeks" and other excuses. My latest inquiry about my firearm on Rossi's website tells me that they have no record of my firearm being in their possession. (I hope the ATF reads this post.....) Don't waste yourhard earned money on POS Rossi or Taurus firearms---BUY AMERICAN QUALITY instead!
