Press release from the City of Sugar Land: October 1, 2021 The intersection of US59 northbound at SH6 will undergo restriping beginning Wednesday, October 6 until Friday, October 8. The intersection will remain open during restriping. Lane closures will occur in the area between 9 a.m. and 3 p.m. Residents are asked to be mindful of work crews, expect traffic delays, and when possible, avoid the area to prevent traffic congestion.
