HOWARD COUNTY, MD — Jeffrey Allen Burnham, 46, of Cumberland, who was wanted in the deaths of three people, including two family members, has been found, Howard County police say. Burnham was seen at around 9 a.m. on the side of a road in Davis, West Virginia, with the 2007 red Corvette police said he stole after he shot to death his brother, 58-year-old Brian Robinette, and sister-in-law, 57-year-old Kelly Sue Robinette in the 5300 block of Kerger Road in Ellicott City. West Virginia state police took Burnham into custody without incident and officers located a gun inside the vehicle. It is unclear why Burnham had pulled off the roadway, the police department said. Burnham is being held in West Virginia pending an extradition hearing. According to the Howard County Police Department, Burnham drove to his family's home after fatally shooting a woman in Allegany County Wednesday, where he also stole that victim's car. That victim, 83-year-old Rebecca Reynolds, lived in the 500 block of Fourth Street in Cumberland. Authorities said all three victims were targeted.
