MORRISTOWN, NJ — It's not clear what path the coronavirus may take this fall. But here's what we've seen in Greater Morristown recently. Morris County averaged 69.1 new cases per day in the past week after averaging 71.8 infections per day the prior week, according to the New Jersey Department of Health. Here's how much cases have spread in the area: Morristown saw 25 new cases from Sept. 22 to Friday, according to Morris County data, bringing the town to 2,376 total cases since the pandemic began.
