I have found a puppy that seems abandoned, but want to do my due diligence in case this dog truly ran away. He was found last week near N. Tryon road and Norris Blvd in Charlotte, NC. If you are looking for this pup, you must describe him/her and also have a very good reason why they were found with puppy pads and a waterbowl on the side of the road. Thank you.
