Need to rehome my dog as I am facing eviction

I’ve struggled during the pandemic and am facing eviction, I will not be able to take my dog with me as I’m staying in an overly crowded house on the couch. This saddens me deeply but I need to regime him. He is a 3 year half dachshund half German Shepard mix and his name is Bear. He’s energetic but sweet and playful, he’s not the best behaved and can bark at other dogs or people if he feels threatened but he is a good dog and will thrive in the right setting. I’m willing to let him go to a good home with a smal rehoming fee.
