Lost grey female cat

I lost my 1 year old female grey cat. Last seen Tuesday night, wearing a pink collar with a bell. She is small and slender. Grey short haired coat with yellow eyes. Has a kink at the tip of her tail. She is not spayed and is a mother to 14 week old kittens. We live on old arcata rd near by Murphy’s. Please call me if you know of anything, her kittens miss her and so do I.
