Looking to hire 1 person for my small landscaping company. This is an entry level position with room to move up quickly as company grows. Need someone that works hard and takes pride in thier work. Someone that can see the big picture in that this is a small company but with the right team could build into a large company very fast. As a landscaping company hours may go down as we get further into winter but im planning on staying busy through the season with installs, holiday lights, snow removal ect. This is hard work somedays, we will sometimes have to wheel barrel rock or dirt if we can't use a tractor, dig holes by hand and other manual labor.
