Has anyone else noticed that the Community Center has become inundated with tweakers and homeless folks recently? I counted 3 tents and 5 motorhomes today as I was driving around. I took my kids to the playground at the Community Center in Arcata this morning and someone shit all over the slide. It was not dog feces but human feces. What's more chaotic is there is a portable toilet 100feet away. The garbage in the parking lot is beyond belief. What filthy and disrespectful people who have no regard for the rest of the community in which we all have to live. Pissed off resident of Arcata
