UPDATED, 5:15 p.m.: Singletary is wanted in connection with the death of Daniel Brice, who was shot in the 100 block of Climax Street in Beltzhoover. UPDATED, 4:45 p.m.: The suspect has been identified as Khalil Singletary, 25, who is wanted for a Sept. 22 homicide. UPDATED, 3:12 p.m: According to public safety officials , the SWAT is attempting to apprehend a homicide suspect from a home. The suspect has fired shots, but no injuries have been reported. Neighbors have been told to stay inside their homes. The SWAT team has deployed tear gas. PITTSBURGH, PA — A SWAT team is on the scene at the corner of Bedford Avenue and Manilla Street in the city's Hill District. Bedford Avenue currently is closed to traffic. The Pittsburgh Department of Public Safety suggests avoiding the area.
