PITTSBURGH, PA — A homicide suspect is dead after a five-hour standoff with city police and a SWAT team. No other injuries were reported. It is unclear how he died, but he exchanged gunfire with law enforcement at the scene. The dead man was identified as Khalil Singletary, 25, who is wanted for the Sept. 22 homicide of Daniel Brice, 26, of Beltzhoover. He was shot Sept. 22 in the 100 block of Climax Street in Beltzhoover. Police had tracked Singletary to a residence at the corner of Bedford Avenue and Manilla Street in the city's Hill District.
