Rehoming beautiful 1 year old cat

I had adopted this cat around 6 months ago and she had kittens. She does not like her kittens and constantly fights them. She has become stressed with the kittens in her space and refuses to engage with me or nicely with the kittens at all.I am keeping the kittens. I know she will be better off in a different home. She has all her vaccines. I have just given her her monthly flea treatment as well. Her name is Luna.
