Primary Responsibilities but not limited to: Administrative and management role for the operations team focusing on project cost reporting, enhancing customer experiences along with the daily interface of our vendor and field project management resources. You should currently be in a project management role, be able to manage time and resources effectively, prioritize tasks, communicate openly and clearly, be innovative and have excellent problem - solving skills. Position requires occasional out of area travel. ‪Key Skills and Knowledge: • Project expense tracking for events. • Familiarity with venue management and event planning and floor plans. • Have proficiency in customer service. • Experience in managing vendors and multiple project teams.
