The area's premier floor coatings company is expanding and adding additional crews. As a result we are seeking a manager / team leader experienced in epoxy and polyaspartic coating applications. This position requires a self starter with a lead by example work ethic. You will be working on installations as well as supervising your team. Must have strong leadership skills, be extremely meticulous and detail-oriented and possess good communication skills, all while motivating your crew to get the job done.
A clean driving record and valid Florida Driver's License is required.
