We are a general contractor specializing in property repairs and make readies. We are looking to add on to our existing vendor pool an experienced handyman or make ready technician in the Corpus Christi area. Responsibilities • General maintenance including painting, caulking, general plumbing, sheet rock repair, make ready, replacing/fixing toilets, light switches, leaky faucets, garbage disposals, ceiling fans, etc. • Perform corrective maintenance and satisfy residents' needs following company procedures when performing service requests. • Make ready of apartments and homes MUST: • Must have skill sets necessary to perform maintenance tasks • Have your own tools and reliable transportation • Have valid driver's license • Be able to pass a background test Please text your contact and other information to 361.739.8936.
