Glacier ALH is looking for mature caregivers to work all shifts at our Group Home. Position Description: Duties include but are not limited to assisting Residents with support services as outlined in the Plan of Care such as assisting with ADLs, medication assistance, cooking, housekeeping, laundry, shopping, escorting residents to their appointments and community events, maintaining accurate records, and other duties, as needed. Shifts available: 24 Hour Shifts / Overnight shifts and 8-12 hour shifts Mission: We provide support for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. We care deeply about helping our residents achieve the highest level of independence in their day-to-day activities. Minimum Qualifications: • 25, or older • High school diploma or GED • Dependable and reliable • Valid driver’s license with 2 years’ experience driving and a good driving record • Must be able to pass a background check • CPR/First Aid certification • Negative TB test.
