This position is for someone whom generally has 3+ years of prior (full time) experience working for a professional tree service company. They will have a vast knowledge in tree identification, know how to properly prune/remove, how to recognize structural imperfections within a trees canopy, are proficient at climbing and setting up rigging systems, and most importantly, they possess the leadership qualities to lead a crew along with experience of leading a crew.
