Offering Orange County artists, the barter of housing for 6 months, in exchange for a ten thousand dollar value of a finished 10 song music CD. Professionally arranged, produced, mixed and mastered. I would need a simple and secure room to work, in which to create and record. This is for aspiring singers, who would love to finally make a CD, but cannot afford the high production costs. This is a win-win situation. I have produced 160 CDs worldwide. I was composing for films overseas, but am now in the LA area. Hope to hear from you.
