Dog needs a new home

I would like to find a better home for my dog Saul. He is 6 years old. He is up to date on shots and neutered. He is either a miniature collie or Miniature Australian Shepherd. He weighed 27 pounds when we had him to the vet earlier this year. In the first home he had Saul was mistreated. As a result he can be timid and bark. We have had him since 2017 and mostly it has not been a huge problem but now we live near our young grand children and he can’t deal with the little ones. I have to keep him crates more than he or I like. I would like to find a home for him where he either doesn’t encounter little children or someone who can work with him to learn not to fear little ones.
