I was hoping the person I hired for the flooring installation & cabinet repair last weekend would complete the job - not the case lol. Now I just need a few things done to finish and tidy it up.
**Minor repair and clean up on a couple of cabinets and baseboards
** Install drawer sliders on a small chest
** Clean up some messy areas in flooring, caulking, paint and trim
** Install under cabinet lighting
In addition, I have a long punch-list of other repairs and updating needed - painting, removing popcorn, minor plumbing and electrical. Most supplies are already bought.
