You ask who will speak for black people. I see our mainstream media does a good job "speaking for black people"....they never mention that over 50% of all MURDERS and other VIOLENT crime is committed by 3% of America (black males under 35)....they are quick to point out whenever a police officer is wrong but never when a black person is wrong (they even leave out the race unless the perpetrator is white). Black Americans have a higher standard of living than blacks in any other country....when they start to get their VIOLENT CRIME issue under control there will be less 'racism'. There is so little white on black 'hate crime' that Jussie Smollett, Tawana Brawley, the Duke Lacrosse team accuser etc...have to make up FAKE 'hate crimes'...There have been several instances where 'racist' graffiti turned out to be the work of black people looking to further the fake narrative (google it)....Also, the 3 black woman who recently caused trouble at 'Carmine's' Restaurant in NYC over vaccine passport's later accused the Asian waitress of using the "N' word (playing the old race card after the fact to excuse their violent behavior) despite witnesses who deny it happened. Americans are growing weary of the RACE CARD.....
