The City of Fresno and the Cedar Avenue Recycling and Transfer Station (CARTS) is hosting FREE Dump Events. October 9-10 and October 23-24. From 6:00 am - 3:00 pm at CARTS, located at 3457 S. Cedar Avenue.
Fresno residents may bring out appliances, asphalt, furniture, scrap metals, wood and yard trimmings to this event and dump for free. Rules: One (1) ton pickup vehicle limit. Proof of Eligibility: Must present City of Fresno Utility Bill and a State issued ID showing a City of Fresno address.
