Got an extra room in your commercial building? We're in need of a practice space! We've got two bands, and would only need to use the space after-hours (ideally 5:30pm to 11:00pm, a few nights a week). All of us are drug-free, conscientious, and respectful. Anywhere in Portland is great. Willing to pay $100-250 per month for use of the space. Let me know if you've got something that might work! Thanks! A.S.
