Are you an independent retailer looking for space this holiday season? I am the owner and manager of Phoenix Rising Art Gallery located on Main Street and Evergreen Boulevard- Downtown Vancouver, Washington. I am located above Rosemary's Cafe and across the street from Vinnie's Pizza. I have been here, in one shape or form, for almost two years now and I am looking to expand my business. You can check my website here: www.phoenixrisingartgallery.com I originally took over the lease July of 2020 and then I renovated the top floor with the co-tenant, Unique Beauty Loft. I ran the business as purely an art gallery for six months until I brought in a young couple who put in a bookstore. We combined the bookstore and it ran that way for six months. Now they are expanding and moving downstairs where they will have 4 to 5 times the space. I am looking to bring in independent, small and local retailers who make all kinds of different items, from soaps, to toys, refurbished furniture, etc.. I want to do a pop up holiday gift shop (but I am keeping the local art on the walls) for November and December. Depending on how well this goes I may make it permanent (the gift shop/ boutique idea). The space is just absolutely beautiful and I am ready to turn it into something like a boutique dream. In light of that I will be curating the work that is submitted to me. We will talk business and rental fees/ commissions when we meet in person. I am open to negotiation and different arrangements.
