After School Classes: Improv for Beginners!

Description

Are you or your child an actor, writer, or creator? Would you like to improvise in person with ten or fewer students? Improvisation is an AMAZING tool to help unleash your creativity, put you in touch with your instincts, and encourage super-fun collaboration. If you are fully vaccinated and have a CDC card to prove it, then let's make some memories starting next Wednesday, October 6th! Our fun & engaging classes are open to individuals, aged 10-90. Classes are geared toward those who are new to improvisation as well as for those who'd like to re-learn or practice the basics of the art form. No prior experience is necessary! Classes will be held WEDNESDAY AFTERNOONS, starting October 6th and finishing on October 27th. Classes are 90min long and run from 4pm to 5:30pm. The cost is $195/person. We alweays offer several scholarship positions in every class for those in the BIPOC, LGBTQ, and underserved communities. We'll meet our studio in SW PDX, right next to the original New Seasons on SW Scholls Ferry Road: • Off-street parking is available for those who drive • Trimet 54/56 busses are available for those who PubTrans and will drop you 2min from our front door If you're not sure if our classes are right for you, we invite you to audit one for free and discover for yourself!
