How much for a detached Granny Unit addition.. 14' by 20'. No plans or permits yet. I need to know how much YOU would charge from ground zero to completion on that size unit size. A bid with plans (easily obtained), able to get permit (we pay), and most reasonable in cost (not looking for contractor prices, of course)...would stand biggest chance of this project.
