KNA Solutions will be hosting TWO sessions on Tuesday OCTOBER 5th at an in-person hiring event at our Reno recruiting office, where we will get you set up to start working as soon as THURSDAY OCTOBER 7th! Attend an info session, submit your application, get your background check and drug screen (no THC) kicked off, attend orientation, leave with your start date and shift selection, and get ready to get started working! Get paid the FOLLOWING FRIDAY! LOCATION: - 1325 Airmotive Parkway, suite 130 (1st floor) - plenty of free parking! TWO SESSION TIMES TO CHOOSE FROM: - 9am-12pm - 1pm-4pm WHAT DO I NEED TO BRING? - Unexpired government photo ID (driver's license, passport, military ID, state ID, etc.) - A smile and positive attitude! - Masks will be required per Nevada's indoor mask mandate eff. JOB DUTIES: - Work on a production/prototype line - Perform complex assembly work - Tasks require a high level of skill with a variety of hand tools, precision measuring equipment, and machinery - Typically involves a variety of operations, including troubleshooting and rework, requiring a sufficient understanding of the functional operation of the items assembled as well as the finished product - Must be able to work from complex and detailed manufacturing documentation and/or verbal and written instructions and specialized fixtures/test equipment - Assemblers are also responsible for quality activities, including self-inspection, and inspection - Updates production records and test results - Communicates test results, ideas and problems to technicians and engineers - Clean-up production areas as required - Identify discrepant materials/components both in writing and verbally to supervisor - Complete tasks as directed by manufacturing schedules and within standard times - Maintain a clean and orderly work area BENEFITS: - Competitive pay starting at $16.50 to $18.98/ per hour - Full-time, long time career opportunity with HIGH conversion potential - Growth potential and promotions - Three/four-day work week with 12-hour day shifts - Opportunity for overtime! - Benefits including medical, dental, vision, and MORE available 60 days after your first month of employment with KNA!
