My husband and I are both serial entrepreneurs and parents of two school-aged boys and two overly friendly cats. We’re looking for a full-time Personal Assistant to help us run our household. We’ve recently moved to Rollingwood into a new home and we’re excited to find someone who is eager to learn, jump in, and support our family. This role starts in the morning at 6:15am with making breakfast, helping wake up our kids, and helping us get them out the door and to school on time. After the morning rush, it’s time for errands, projects, scheduling, tidying up, and more! The role wraps up at 2:15pm and is ideal for an early bird. Our ideal candidate is someone who has worked with a family before or as an assistant before, enjoys helping others’ lives run smoothly, loves to anticipate and sweat the details, and is a quick learner. Your specific responsibilities will include: - Household: ensuring our home is fully stocked, maintained, and organized while also helping to keep the home and cars tidy, coordinating vendors to care for the lawn, pool, etc. - Schedule and Logistics: coordinating with our nanny, maintaining the family calendar by overseeing the daily scheduling and logistics for all things family-related, including our children’s appointments and activities, restaurant reservations, etc. - Miscellaneous: planning events, booking travel, errands, handling returns, processing mail, special projects and research, and helping care for our two cats Benefits and Compensation: We provide full health benefits and paid time off. Compensation is based on experience. Desired Qualifications: - Morning Person :) - Previous experience as a Personal Assistant, Family Assistant, or Nanny - Experience with and enjoyment of working with children - Organizational skills with a strong attention to detail - Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload - Technically savvy, resourceful in terms of internet research and online shopping - Pride in a tidy home - Driver’s license and clean driving record Location: Austin, TX Schedule: Full-Time, 6:15 am - 2:15 pm Monday - Friday If this sounds like you, please apply!
