Love animals? Love the satisfaction of seeing the results of your labor? Then this job is for you! Duties include cleaning cages, floors and environment, feeding, cage repairs, perch replacement, observing birds, ensuring bird safety and other miscellaneous duties. It's a physical job so you need to be in reasonably good shape. Must be detail-oriented, follow procedures, enjoy birds, not be noise-sensitive and love to clean! Monday, Tuesday and Friday mornings from 8:30 to about 12:30, and Thursday from 8-1, a total of about 18 hours a week. Must have reliable transportation. Ideal for a retiree or someone with mornings available. Work is done in two locations, at our store and west Loveland at a different location than our store.
