Building Maintenance Technician
Experienced person needed for a full-time job providing maintenance at a beautiful South Bay office building. Duties include basic maintenance of HVAC systems, plumbing, basic electrical, light bulb changing, etc. Professional appearance and ability to converse with tenants is necessary. Must have a good driving record, valid drivers license and clean background check.
$28.00/hr starting pay.
