Lots of Job Postings but are They Really Hiring?

Yes there are quite a few companies that say they're hiring these days but unless you have the exact current experience and you are in your 20's or 30's then go F**k yourself is their attitude. That's why you see the same jobs listed weeks after week, month after month. year after year. It's because they can't find anyone with the exact experience they desire and they aren't about to train anyone like many used to. And they don't give a crap about your education like in the past. Especially if it was several years ago. That just shows your age and most companies say if you're over 40 f**k off !. Also many just want to add people to their data base so if a job comes up in the future they can contaqct those people. Waste your G-damn time just to benefit themselves. Total G-damn selfish greed but that's all there is in this G-damn country now.
