Enhanced Cleaning Sub Lead Custodian Are you looking for a way to take your custodial knowledge to the next level? ABM is looking for Enhanced Cleaning Lead Custodians. This position will help you to use lead custodial skills – while using better ways to sanitize and disinfect our schools for the kids in the community. ABM employees must demonstrate excellent customer service skills – this means being considerate of staff and students at all times! Duties will include: Lead Skills: Leading and working with custodians to provide the best service and highest performance possible Custodial Duties: Dusting, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, cleaning bathrooms and spills as needed. Enhanced Cleaning Duties: Frequent sanitizing and disinfecting common and high touch surfaces: doorknobs, elevators and their buttons, copiers, restroom fixtures, building entrances and exits, common areas, conference rooms, shared workstations, and cafeterias.
