Found female black dog

She is now at Oakland Animal Services as of 1pm today. Her ACR NUMBER is: 62796. She is not microchipped unfortunately. She can be found in the Lost dog area of OAS. Found at Clinton Park at 8am on Friday. Black female small to medium size dog or puppy. Has pointy ears and is very friendly. She has a green leash and is wearing an orange collar but no ID tags. She was alone and sitting on the grass watching the geese, but there was no one who recognized her when I asked passers by. I took her home. She is friendly and not agreasive toward my two cats. If she is yours tell her name and something unique she would know. Otherwise I will take her to Oakland animal services probably on Sunday and contact the last dog section thanks. I hope her owners step forward
