Found Cat

Found a cat in my neighborhood. It's a male, orange and white with green eyes. He is extremely friendly and lovable. He likes to rub on your leg. He is also wearing a thin green collar with a design in it and made out of velcro that also has a small bell on it. We want to find the owner since winter is coming!!
