Quick job for a Licensed Electrician

My church has a flourescent bulb fixture that needs to be taken out and replaced with an LED fixture. There is already electric connected to a switch for the old fixture this job is to just take the old fixture out and replace with the led one. Please see the pictures to understand what the old fixture looks like and what the new one looks like. Please confirm you are licensed, advise when you can come out (the church is in west baltimore) to do the job and give me an idea of your experience. Please reply with a number to text you. Thanks
