Position description: We are looking for a self-motivated person who is looking to take ownership of their position and the duties that they will be responsible for. In this position you will be expected to handle a wide variety of tasks including, but not limited to those below...you will report directly to the Operations Manager. Carpenters typically do the following: Follow blueprints and building plans to meet the needs of clients Install structures and fixtures, such as windows and molding Measure, cut, or shape wood, plastic, and other materials Construct building frameworks, including walls, floors, and door frames Help erect, level, and install building framework with the aid of rigging hardware and cranes Inspect and replace damaged framework or other structures and fixtures Instruct and direct laborers and other construction helpers Additional attributes that we seek- Fluent in Spanish Construction and building materials knowledge.
