Stolen Bike & Phone!!

Description
My partner is a First Responder (Federal Firefighter/Paramedic). As a First Responder he worked through the pandemic, and he does his absolute best to take care of me (his disabled Fiancé, who has a debilitating bladder disease), his step son, and he works hard to keep us in our home. He is a wonderful person. He helps save people's lives. His main stress relief is riding his bike with the local cyclist groups that he has found. On Wed Sept 29th, at 5p, he left his bike (a 2005 Gold & Black Giant TCR Zero size XL) with his phone attached to it (a Samsung Galaxy s8) outside of the Wholefoods in Newports News, while he ran in for a quick purchase before the ride. In less than a minute, while he was paying for his purchase, someone stole the bike & phone. He built that bike himself through the pandemic, with mostly used parts that we got on sale through ebay. The cell phone had pictures of us on it, as well as photos for an insurance claim (on Christmas day we woke to a flooded basement) on it. Due to medical bills we were already tight financially. We are having to spend money (that we don't really have) to get his cell phone replaced. If you see this bike or phone pop up on any of the marketplaces, please let me know. For those knowledgeable in bikes it has 11s Sensah Empire Groupset, Dura Ace 9000 12-25 Cassette, Giant P-A2 rims, EC 90 Carbon seat post, Bontrager Affinity Pro Carbon Saddle, Trek undersaddle bag, 1 Carbon battle cage on the downtime only, a Quadlock outfront mount (that held his phone), and Zipp Bars (42cm). The Contes Bike Shop offered to sell us a replacement at a discounted rate however, even with the discount we are not in a position to afford it. We've spoken to our insurance rep, and we would have to pay the $1500 deductible in order for them to cover the theft. Even if we could afford that, it would raise our rate, so it's just not an option. I know this post seems negative. We know it's been a hard time for everyone, and we do have a lot to be thankful for! I appreciate you reading this, and keeping a lookout! If you are in a position to help please let me know. I hope you have a blessed day!
