Our company is seeking Master Carpenters and Remodelers to join our team. At Arrow Renovation, our team is focused on giving our customers the perfect home remodeling experience and building awareness about how our services can satisfy their home improvement needs. Our Master Carpenters and Remodelers are responsible for demolition, installation, and repairing structures, fixtures, and minor electrical and plumbing work. Looking for full-time 1 man crews that want to earn a great living doing bathroom remodels. • Pre-sold jobs – No more bidding for jobs and hoping you are chosen • No out of pocket expenses – We purchase and stage all jobs for you so no wasted time or reimbursements are needed • Weekly Pay – We pay per job and pay weekly through direct deposit • Consistent & Constant Workflow Tasks & Responsibilities of this Role: • Excellent understanding of carpentry technique, materials and methods of installation and construction • Excellent understanding of Tile installation with a keen sense of Attention to Detail • Ability to complete light plumbing and electrical • Adherence to an excellent level of quality always • Understanding of relevant building codes • Proficient in using electrical, manual equipment and measurement tools (powered saws, hammers, rulers etc.) • Ability to read technical documents and drawings. • Ability to work both independently and in a team setting. • Reliable and punctual • Engage in professional interactions with clients, outside contractors, designers and architects as needed • Must be physically able to meet the requirements of the job. At a minimum, this would include: o regularly lifting and/or move up to 25 pounds o frequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds o occasionally lift and/or move up to 100 pounds • Willingness to always follow safety guidelines. • Motivated and self-disciplined • Ability to start a job and finish a job within a reasonable time frame • ALWAYS provide WOW Service! Skills, Qualifications and Demands: • Must be 18 years of age or older • Must pass a background check and drug test Work Schedule: Full Time: Monday – Friday, 8:30 – 5:00 pm. Some Saturdays.
